KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
Startups in Human Resources and Administrative Areas
¨ Conducted startups of several companies in Brazil and Mexico, encompassing Human Resources and Administrative areas.
¨ Implemented all HR and Administrative processes, as well as accounts payable and receivable for the respective operations of
each company. Coordinated offices restorations and equipment purchase, after intensive market research. Explored and built
up the suppliers’ portfolio, managed office supplies stocks and was a team leader. These actions supported companies´
operation in Brazil.
Remote Events Coordination
¨ Led remotely events for 40 participants in Brazil, Argentina, Mexico and the Caribbean, from Moto GP (for approximately 400
participants) up to regional meetings for Directors, with the following strategic actions: i) planning, administration and remote
connectivity with the involved areas at the event site; ii) negotiation of contracts vs. set budget, which resulted in greater
visibility of the respective markets and cultural environments, enabling better negotiation and narrowing the corporate
relationship.
Talent Management
¨ Promoted improvements in Talent Management processes, which enriched ambiance of new employees.
¨ Conquered and implemented programs to identify talents, to apply personality assessment tests during the recruitment
processes, to evaluate performance, to draw career development plans and created a succession plan for local key talents and
wrote team profiles, allowing collaborators retention and attraction of potential candidates, as well as increased visibility of local
professionals to the global HR community.
Organizational Climate
¨ Created the strategy to develop the new action plan for compensation and benefits, making organizational climate surveys,
raising the salary range to the 75th percentile, drawing and deploying private pension plan, improving the standard benefits
package, increasing the frequency of meetings with collaborators to engage them in the decisions and structuring the training
and development plan for the company´s professionals.
Compensation
¨ Restructured positions and salaries, applied local remuneration researches in parallel with the corporate annual review process,
proving the gap on the plan, which allowed an adjustment to adequate salary ranges to the local competitive market reality,
besides negotiating the use of a matrix to ensure that the percentage of merit obtained with the performance measurement tool
would be applied to all collaborators.
Annual and Strategic Planning
¨ Created, implemented and improved control of all HR costs, including expenses for expatriates in various currencies, managing
data related to the expenditures on meetings for annual and strategic plans discussions, optimizing cost estimates for all
subsystems of HR for the current and future years.

¨ Improved the relocation process of expatriates and respective families, including logistics, negotiation of local companies’
participation in the global relocation package, making the process more homogeneous, transparent and calm to those involved,
creating greater credibility on the relocation process by the expatriates and their families.
Latin America Compliance (Code of Conduct Management)
¨ Managed conflicts related to the Corporate Code of Conduct, as well as coordinated the submission of regular reports under
JSOX requirements, forwarding them to the Compliance area at the headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland, ensuring ethical
behavior of the local collaborators and transparent processes and policies according to the headquarters instructions.
SAP (Power User to the South and Central Americas)
¨ As a Power User, besides managing data on Human Resources, I took part in Regression Testing, seeking discrepancies in the
system and adapting it to the Brazilian Legislation reality. Transformed the local system into a mirror of the legal processes,
maintaining fidelity to the HR data.
Logistics
¨ Coordinated Logistics in the Shipping Department including vessels affreightment at the plant located in Aracruz, optimizing the
product distribution process and minimizing conflicts.
¨ Managed conflicts facing unexpected situations related to Logistics, contributing to the maintenance of the good relationship
between the company and its clients, minimizing losses from both parts and creating solutions.
Entrepreneurship
¨ Managed the franchise of an English course, implementing strategic initiatives in marketing, administration, finance and human
resources. The actions taken involved negotiation with fundamental school owners in the region, organization of advertising
events with team leadership; monitoring students’ development; recruiting teachers and training them on the ludic methodology,
finance and accounting management. These actions resulted in increasing adherence of schools and students and a fast
expansion of the franchise in the acquired area.
