Key Responsibilities:
 Housekeeping of office premises.
 Ensuring that attendance of branch staff.
 Take Khariyat Report from the units and present to BH/Regional Head for review.
 New Non Billing Employee Attendance add in Bio-metric Device.
 Dispatch of all the mail through post/courier.
 Prepared all compliance document like, Workman, Employment Card,Wages Slip,Muster
roll, Wages Sheet ,Register of deduction(Form XX),Register of fine(Form XXI),Register of
Advance(Form XXII),Register of Over Time(Form XXIII), Accident Register (Form 15)
 All Mis complete like,Branch Report, Khariyat Report ,Client List, Staff list, Attendance all

 Maintain suitable registers for incoming and outgoing letters and ensure their proper
filing.
 Circulating the daily incoming letters duly checked for action to all the concerned
officers and staff.
 Filing & Storage of all records as per master list of quality records.
 Reports of a confidential nature PMP forms and recommended disciplinary action
/rewards etc.
 Keep a record of all WCP/ESIC and labour license and inform BH for timely renewal of
the same.
 Entering new recruits data in ERP.
 Maintenance and upkeep of all assets in the branch like computers, office equipment,
furniture etc.
 On receipt of pay roll card, hand over to concern area inspector for distributing the
cards.
 Esic camp organized in unit and smart card hand over to concern person
 Other activities as assigned to him by BH from time to time.
 Ensure that Quality Policy is understood at level of employee in the region/branches.
 Monitor overall customer’s satisfaction levels in the region, specific measurement at
each branch of the region and take corrective action for improvement.
 Implement and maintain QMS as per documented procedures.
 Ensuring completion of Audit planned without undue delay.
 Guide branch staff to Identify root causes of non-conformities & ensure
implementation.
 Corrective and preventive action on identified NCs
 Ensure closure of pending Non-conformities identified during the audit.
 Monitor & ensure resolution of major customer complaints.
 Review & suggest improvement measures to the auditees on the audit reports
submitted by the auditors.
 Coordinate smooth conduct of external audits in branch as per plan prepared by the ISO
Secretariat.
 Enforcement of quality standards in operations throughout the branch.
