• Offer Management (quality check for all approvals, Interview feedbacks and
documents)-Our team was responsible for managing the entire recruitment
process which is system driven starting from sourcing till the offer letter
generated by the system and sent to the new joiner.
• Background verification(education, employment, police criminal, Court,
Database Etc)-The education and employment checks are mandatory for all new
joiners while the other checks like police criminal verification, database
checks, court verification etc are done as per project specific requirements
after collecting the necessary forms and documents from the resource.
• Joining formalities(C Hire link, background verification forms and collecting
documents, getting offer letter signed)-Every new joiner had to fill the
Capgemini C-hire portal which has all the details required for background
verification and upload the required documents before the joining date.
2. • Exit formalities for subcontractors(check for no dues from various
departments)-After going through the various checkpoints the access card is
collected and the exit form sent to the vendor for full and final settlement and
other formalities.
• Relocation claims(includes notice period, Travel, Hotel, transportation of
house hold goods.
Check before processing whether the conditions as per policy are satisfied,
collecting original bills and also for timelines three months for the relocation
and one year for the notice period claim.
• Labor compliance (maintaining various forms and registers like employment
register form, wage slip form ESI remittance etc)-maintain and providing all the
required documents to the labor compliance adviser once every month.
• Accommodation Booking for the new joiners-This is done in the company guest
house or hotel depending on the availability.
• Reports-maintaining weekly and monthly reports for all the above
responsibilities.
