Established in 2008, JX3 Support Services is an independently owned specialist Facilities Management services provider.
JX3 support an array of clients across the UK by delivering an innovative, honest, reliable and flexible service with a
constant focus on quality.
Responsibilities:
 Working onsite at customer offices to meet their FM needs.
 Co-ordaining with cross site FM resources to ensure service levels over 2 site throughout the UK
 Involved in overseeing and management customer relationships onsite.
 Supervision of junior team members and coordination task assignments.
 Health and safety management and ensuring the company is compliant with legislation and risk assessments.
 Liaising with the customer to provide support and advice on compliance with FM and H&S policies.
 Management of access system, helping maintain security of the building.
 First hand response to maintenance issues and liaising with staff with regards to reported issues.
 General maintenance & daily checks of the building and equipment.
Achievements:
 Liaising with the customer and contactors to help ensure a multi-million pound office refurbishment ran efficiently,
with minimal affect to employees.
 Accredited as an EVAC+Chair Trainer and coordinating cross site training.
02/2004–10/2014: Facilities/Premises Administrator – TD Direct Investing
TD Direct Investing is a leading execution-only online investing provider with 200,000 clients. It is the UK subsidiary of
the TD Bank Group based in Toronto with more than 85,000 employees. TD Direct Investing is one of the entities that
fall under the TD Wealth International umbrella.
Responsibilities:
 Involved in overseeing and managing FM contractors and building contractor relationships. Managing all service
aspects in line with PPM programme and assisting the facilities management team on tender/negotiate/contracts
with Service Suppliers.
 In charge of health and safety management and ensuring the company is compliant with legislation, including in the
creation of the H&S committee and now an active member; risk assessments; preparation of regular H&S office
reviews and follow up implementation of agreed action arising; and managing work place assessments.
 Liaising with key cross site stakeholders, providing support to ensure compliance with FM; H&S and company
policy and KPIs are achieved.
 First hand response to maintenance issues and liaising with staff with regards to reported issues.
 General maintenance Including- Lock fittings/light bulb changes/minor repairs including- Door
fittings/windows/bathroom fittings and fixtures.
 General upkeep of the building including: updating decoration/office set up and relocation.
 Evac and chair trainer.
 Co-ordaining with cross site FM resources to ensure service levels over 4 site throughout the UK
