Working onsite at customer offices to meet their FM needs.

Responsibilities:
Involved in overseeing and managing FM contractors and building contractor relationships. Managing all service
aspects in line with PPM programme and assisting the facilities management team on tender/negotiate/contracts
with Service Suppliers.
In charge of health and safety management and ensuring the company is compliant with legislation, including in the
creation of the H&S committee and now an active member; risk assessments; preparation of regular H&S office
reviews and follow up implementation of agreed action arising; and managing work place assessments.
Liaising with key cross site stakeholders, providing support to ensure compliance with FM; H&S and company
policy and KPIs are achieved.
First hand response to maintenance issues and liaising with staff with regards to reported issues.
General maintenance Including- Lock fittings/light bulb changes/minor repairs including- Door
fittings/windows/bathroom fittings and fixtures.
General upkeep of the building including: updating decoration/office set up and relocation.
