1. • Hourly Sales Merchandise and Operations Manager for 7 years.
Duties include: Reliably opening and closing the store, performing operational duties such as
verifying the vault, arming and disarming the store alarms, approve/override markdowns of
services for customer satisfaction, assist with store related events such as corporate walks,
fire/safety inspections of the store, general emergencies, power failure, deliveries, snow
removal, receiving trucks of product, etc. Also responsible for performing 16-20 employee
performance reviews twice yearly, tracking attendance, training, scheduling, and facilitating
promotional moves to help employees grow with the company. Other duties include assisting
store manager & assistant store managers with projects like Team Depot which are donations of
time and materials to the less fortunate.
• Pro Contractor Sales and Managed Accounts Facilitator for 4 years:
Builder relations development and facilitation of project requirements and materials, while
working with company buyers and foreman to provide materials needed for project deadlines
(e.g., lumber, cement, beams, tile, windows, doors, appliances, etc. & delivery to site).
Asses blue prints created by architect and provide materials based on those prints, including any
alterations requested by builders and owners, as well as ADA and OSHA requirements
requested.
The main goal is to build strong relationships with builders to gain their confidence to acquire
their business.
