Operations and Network Operations teams to ensure a smooth transition and conversion.
 Coordinated delivery of all programming to Network as files from WCMO. Worked with team to
convert all local and outside agency programming delivered to WCMO as files for QC and
processing.
 Converted the remaining spot deliveries and all promos from tape to files. Transitioned all spot
deliveries to come from NBC’s centralized location at Englewood Cliffs.
