VIDEO TELECONFERENCING (VTC) Technical and operational support for worldwide VTC systems, from fixed room installations to desktop VTC in integrated system architectures. Received special recognition award from the EOP. Department of Homeland Security Managed set-up of DHS IT infrastructure in 2001 when it was a part of the EOP.  Awarded in 2004 a broad scoped BPA supporting the OCIO for data, voice, and video infrastructures. Fiber optic and copper cable systems including outside plant, riser, backbone and horizontal distribution systems, splice equipment/vehicles and emergency repairs. Food and Drug Administration Support includes physical infrastructure support including the design, installation, termination splicing and testing of air blown fiber optic cable, conventional fiber optic cable, category 6 copper cable, and  high count copper cable for the implementation of riser, backbone and horizontal distribution systems.  Also included is on-site AutoCAD, and Visio design support.  As-builts are created, modified and maintained for the White Oak operations team.
