Monitor the Video Network Feeds for the NBA, ESPN, and Turner Broadcasting.
Monitor all Network alarms and ensure quality control. Responsible for immediate
response to all calls into the NOC from the NBA on a live feed intercom system.
2014 – 2015 Proprietary
Land Management
Responsible for the Management and delivery of the Timber harvest on family land.
Worked with two companies to coordinate and supervise work on multiple family plots to
ensure survey, equipment, and quality of an ongoing land project which took over a year.
Maintained the delivery of Timber as well as ensuring the quality control for the integrity
of the property.
2008 – 2013 Verizon
Provisioner Circuit Design
Verizon Circuit Design, Provisioning/Planning for Wholesale/Retail/Government Order,
Process, and Delivery of Optical/Ethernet Transport orders for OC3 to OC192 high band
width MPLS and Long Distance. This includes DWDM Ring, Sonet, Ethernet,
Wavelength, Multi City Ring Design, Access, End Link, and Point to Point Order Installs
On and Off Net. Responsible for review of Network availability to include Inventory
verification and building capacity.
2006 – 2008 Sprint
Tower Optimization Engineer
Sprint – Monitor, test tower signal, and trouble shoot Customer and Network Issues on
the Cellular Network. Monitor Fiber to Tower and respond accordingly. Responsible for
Network status and availability reporting.

Senior Technical Engineer
Responsible for monitoring the Transport Network Alarms and initiating corrective
actions. Worked directly with the Network Field and Site Technicians on the Transport
Equipment. Trouble shooting equipment issues and assisting in the installation of new
equipment. OC3 to OC192 to include DWDM, Sonet, Wavelength, and Multi 10G Ring
Customer Network issues.

responsible for Reporting Statistical Analysis, Productivity, and Utilization of the
Switched, and Transport Network. Represented the Switch & Transport Network
Management on all projects. Responsible for presentations for Network and Project

Responsible for Tier II support for the Control Center to include 24 hour a day on call
duty year round. Assigned and responsible for Multi Million Dollar Central Offices to
include Billing, Hardware and Software upgrades for the Local and Long Distance
Platform. SS7 trouble shooting and support. Direct support for onsite Technician issues,
Sales, and Customer Service.

Senior Control Center Technician
Lead Tech responsible for prioritization and escalation of Network Outages and/or
Customer Issues. Transferred to the Network Control Center in Tulsa. Responsible for
communications with all Sales Offices in Network Degradation Situations. Monitor the
Network alarms, performed remote switch maintenance, assisted site tech with all switch
issues.
1993 – 1995 LDDS (Verizon Business)
Lead NOC Technician
Jackson Control Center moved to San Antonio. Monitored Network, worked on all 800
Toll Free problems, installed and tested new DACs circuits, and worked DACs circuit
issues with the Local Exchange Companies. Responsible for Network Survaliance and
response to all Network Outages and customer trouble issues.
1991 – 1993 LDDS (Verizon Business)
Control Center Technician
Transferred to the Jackson MS Control Center. Monitored the Network responding to all
Network alarms. Worked on customer 800 Number Toll Free problems, ensured all areas
of the Network had capable Toll Free Access. Monitored and responded to all Switch,
Transport, and SS7 alarms in the Network,
3. 1989 – 1991 National Telecommunication (Verizon Business)
Switch Technician
Worked as switch technician in the DSC DEX 400. Monitored and maintained the DEX
400 responsible for initiating corrective action on alarms and customer issues,
installations of new services with various Central offices throughout Texas, Oklahoma,
and Arkansas. Responsible for maintaining billing the billing system and billing
delivery.
United States Army, with the Rank of E4 upon separation. Specialized in Tactical Army
Combat Computer Systems and Area Logistics Operation Center in Tank Units.
Stationed in Korea and Fort Hood and awarded 2 Army Commendation Medals during
my enlistment.
