VDSL, FTTX and EPU operations).
Duties:
 Leading assurance reviews for various disciplinary teams throughout planning and execution project live cycle
covering small and large projects sizes. Support project managers/owners on project readiness during planning and
execution phases.

 Supervise all related activates to operation and maintenance for all GSM sites in Dammam and Khobar, which are
more than 700 sites.
 Ensure that outages shall never exceed 2 hours during working hours and on call.
 Filtering the alarms and giving priorities to each alarm to be cleared.
 Checking network performance in daily basis and make sure that figure will not go below certain number.
 Provide technical support to other departments via proper coordination.
 Ensure quality of preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, & new site inspection.
 Supervise the process of hand over procedure of new sites and expansions. This includes site inspection and project
follow up.
 Ensure that all technicians are having an updated data in term of new sites status (for eastern region).
 Coordinate with contractors and concerned department to clear problems in new sites to proceed again with site
inspection and acceptance.

 Provide full operation and maintenance for the entire exchanges in eastern region
 (service nodes and local exchanges).
 Monitoring the load in exchanges and make proper action to route the calls in term
 of congestion.

 Monitoring all exchange alarms and make sure to clear them based on priority list.
 Troubleshoot and diagnose the exchange problems until finding out the root cause
