Worked extensively with MS Excel (application was used to create worksheets to show the
progress of the project lifecycle as well as calculating the use of the budget allocations. Excel
was also used for the tracking of the Project Team’s working hours and utilization of time
frames for deliverables)
Visio was used to give a pictorial of project progress. The date of project start to project finish
(which included stage gates) was shown via Visio.
Once the data had been input on the charts, the Project Management Office Director (PMO)
would create departmental reports from the information that was updated in Visio.
