Program Oversight Manager
Administered the contractual obligations between Tulane University and an outsourced implementation team for the delivery
of a customized ERP solution for their Student Information System. Oversaw implementation contractor to ensure project
scope, time and budget were maintained as contracted. Managed Tulane IT resources on technical deliverables, data
conversion, interfaces and customizations. Managed functional project team which gathered reporting needs across Tulane’s
community and were present in the legacy system and analyzed how the information would be delivered from the ERP
system. Assembled the project budget of $16M in accordance with the enterprise accounting system, tracked actual cost to
the work performed and applied cost projections to monitor project estimates at completion. Set up process for training
Tulane community in the new system and served in various management capacities where assistance was needed to assure
project delivery. The project deliverables described in the scope were delivered to the Tulane students, staff and faculty
within the 22 month time frame and converted 30 years of student historical data.

implementation of a customer outage system based on an electrical connected software model that predicted the faulted
electrical device. Using GE’s Geographical Information System vendor product (aka AM/FM) led efforts that analyzed,
