VMX-22, Marine Corps Air Station New River, North Carolina 2012 - 2015
Three and a half years’ experience as the V-22 senior analyst/subject matter expert in support of the
operational test and evaluation squadron for all U.S. Marine Corps aviation. Performed requirements
analysis, program coordination, and analytical support for an Acquisitions Category (ACAT) IC program.
Independently planned, organized, and managed complex acquisitions tasks and timelines in direct support
of a dynamic, high-visibility defense program. Coordinated with, advised, and briefed senior squadron
personnel, operational test command representatives, and program management officials on a daily basis.
Performed test planning and design, data analysis, technical writing, and execution support during three
major operational test periods, plus multiple developmental-test assist events. Efforts enabled delivery of
critical V-22 hardware and software upgrades to the operating forces.
Recipient of the 2014 Marine Corps Contractor Tester of the Year award,presented by the National
Defense Industrial Association for exceptional operational test design, execution, and reporting in support
of VMX-22; Commander, Operational Test & Evaluation Force; and the V-22 Program Office.
MV-22 Osprey Pilot (Active Duty and Selected Marine Corps Reserve)

Aircraft commander and pilot of the MV-22B Osprey aircraft, accountable for $80 million in assets and the
lives of up to 28 passengers and crew. Logged over 1,100 mishap-free flight hours and hundreds of
missions in both training and combat environments.
Instructor Pilot, taught fundamentals of piloting the MV-22 aircraft to initial accession and transition
