pivot of the economy of the Middle East. Iconic commercial tower, with a 4 level
basement,43 floors above ground and Tier IV data center, Chosen in international
competition, the exterior is equipped with louvers to allow for both panoramic views
and shielding against the heat of the sun. The design mobilizes numerous state-of-the-art
technologies to assure sustainability in the desert environment. Structure Contain
different type of structure system with very complicated Façade (Unitized and Stick
system) and Very reach Finishing.
Tower Awards: Tadawul tower was awarded in 2013 as Best High-rise in Arab region

My Role in Tadawul:
Package manager for Curtain wall/Façade Package, Fit out Package/Vertical

The mid-southern part of Riyadh city an exciting transformation, witnessing the opening
of one of Riyadh’s most ambitious and dazzling shopping malls. Where Al-Qasr Mall,
designed by Saudi Diyar a big transformation in the Saudi capital. The area has
witnessed a trading momentum and economic stimulant by Al-Qasr residential and
commercial complex and its mall. The mall four-storey building and one basement level,
accommodates a chain of stores, restaurants, and recreational amenities for serving all
family members, with 330 Tenant capacity served by 15 service elevator and 4
Panoramic lifts and 15 service stair with more than 2,000 cars parking space with
special care to handicaps.
Façade of AL qasr mall was first LED lighting Façade in Riyadh with total area more
than 70.0000m2 acting as large screen for Sothern part of the city covered by Aluminum
panel composite section cladding except the entrance area which will be glass curtain
wall (Stick system), The luxurious inside parts of the Mall allows the shopper to walk
into a spacious, sun-drenched atrium with 4 panoramic elevators, 28 escalators, 8
electric paths and 14 elevators connecting all levels and sections of the mall.
My Role in AL-Qasr Mall project:
Working as architect in consultant supervision team with 3 Inspectors, Start from day
one of the project up to handing over with following responsibilities:
-Confirm and control daily site Inspections with Architect’s team.
-Review Material submittals and material Inspection and prepare client presentation.
-Reply RFI’s and review shop drawing and variation request.
-Review and follow up Construction method statement for Fit out, Façade work.
-coordinating with deferent trades ensuring client requirement.
-Attending Daily technical workshop for site daily issues.

minaret accessible by spiral stair, an Iconic design was hallmark of Interior space of the
Mosque, parallel to the mosque and as part of development of this area Bridge was built
to assist the rerouting of some roads to avoid clash with Mosque construction, the length
of this bridge was Approx. 1 k.m , with Islamic decoration on bridge body.
My Role in Mosque, bridge project:
Working as site construction manager for the Mosque area, and technical assistance to
bridge construction manager as main contractor under Corps military engineers. From
kick of meeting to handing over stage, with following responsibilities:
-Perform daily site activity according to project plan.
-Supervising and construct Architecture details.
-Developing construction details especially Islamic architecture details.

My Role in Hospital project:
To Execute daily plan work and preparing shop drawing for consultant review and
approval, and controlling daily site activities with project manager as following:
-Preparing site construction detail and Supervising Execution on site.
- Finalizing all technical issues for Intensive care unit with a specialized consultant.
- Coordination with a medical requirement for finishes.

accommodation building in Ras Shukeir (at western cost of Egypt) with 80 studio space
capacity and including standard facilities ( Toilets-Central Kitchen- amusement space)
and 60% of total area as landscape and hardscape .
My Role in Office warehouse project:
Working as construction manager for Office /warehouse building, Responsible for
managing the construction process and ensure project plan with clients on a weekly
basis.
On the other hand I worked as freelance with Schlumberger to develop their stuff
accommodation area in Shukeir area, developing the design and construction detail, and
managing the construction process through subcontractors, so my responsibilities in
Schlumberger projects was as following:
-following daily project plan and manage daily work with subcontractors.
