Creek is a unique master plan to become a primary center of tourism, commerce, and living
heritage.
 Procter and Gamble Baby Care Expansion Plant. The planned manufacturing expansion will
be located in the Northern expansion region of 6th of October City, Egypt on 256,032 sqm of
land (Plot #21) within the Polaris International Industrial Park (PIIP). Phase I of the proposed
Baby Care Manufacturing Expansion Project shall comprise 8 primary functional areas.
 Technology Services Center Building - Egypt Post # MB3 - Maadi Technology Zone. The
project comprises five connected buildings that could be used individually or as one global
building, one of the buildings is dedicated to the owner's administration offices while the other
will be used as call centers. The project includes one basement for car parking and services,

four typical floors with an area of 6,840 m2 per floor. All elevations are clad with natural
stone.
 Fire Fighting Station - Maadi Technology Zone. Administration building consisting of three
floors (300 m2 each), parking cars (200 m2), courtyard (150 m2). The building will serve
Maadi Technology Zone
 Building # MB4 - Maadi Call Center. The project is composed of a basement and 5 typical
floors of approximately 4,000 m2 per floor area. The building is dedicated for call center
activities and could be divided into two separate buildings each with its own facilities. The
basement houses the common facilities such as praying rooms and training classes. The
elevation is cladded with natural stone.
 Smart Village Chilled Water Central Plant Extension. Design of District Cooling plant building
excluding the plant itself. Two proposals are to be submitted; concrete structure building and

parking and service utilities. The buildings includes (residential rooms + out patients +
emergency + small surgery operation rooms + laboratories + administration section) with
cost of 150 million SR. Duration: 24 months

documents for execution of the Works with proper coordination to the Clients.
