From April 2005 to Jan 2007 Managing the portfolio for Dubai industrial city starting
involvement of developing the master plan ( transfer the vision to realty) to complete
phase one of the project the main responsibility is to Design and implement cross-
segment initiatives (Dubai industrial master planning, mixed used developments Lead the
development of asset sales strategies and action plan, developing and implementing
winning asset strategies (incl. tactics to enhance asset values) and delivering high
investment returns (NOI >15%).

From Jan 2007 To Nov 2008 Managing the portfolio of area 5 in The Lagoons area would
have covered an area of 70 million square feet (6.5 million square meters). Seven artificial
islands, which would each have been linked to each other, were to consist of residential
apartments, shopping malls, office buildings, five-star hotels, resorts, a museum, marinas,
and Dubai's first opera house.
The project's cost was estimated to be around AED 80 billion (US$ 25 billion). It was being
developed by the real estate firm Sama Dubai part of Dubai holding, Groundbreaking and
soil-testing began in 2008, but the project, originally scheduled for completion in stages
between 2011 and 2012, was subsequently suspended.

Dusit Hotel The project is a 37-storey tower,
which consists of a Hotel and Furnished and
Unfurnished Apartments complex. The Hotel
occupies the floors 26 to 36 with 120-
Guestrooms, 34-Landmark Suites, one
Presidential Suite, and Swimming Pool with
Health Club. Furnished and Unfurnished
Apartments occupies the 2nd to 22nd floors.
The Mezzanine accommodates the hotel

of the Eighteen typical floors. The Roof Level accommodates Staircase, Lifts Machine Room and M&E
Services. The total Built-Up area is 20,000 m2 and the Construction Cost U.A.E. Dhs. 36.00 Million IRR of
the project is 20%
Juma al Majed Tower in Sharjah
The Project is a Residential twin Towers consisting of Main Entrance Ground and 32 two bedroom
apartment & two nos. 3 Bedroom Apartment on each of the twenty five typical floors. The Roof Level
accommodates Staircase, Lifts Machine Room and M&E Services. The total Built-Up area is 20,000 m2
and the Construction Cost U.A.E. Dhs. 500 Million IRR of the project is 27%.
Union Property Tower.
Fully residential development consisting of Basement, Ground, Mezzanine, fifty six floor and two typical
floors and two top floors with Roof level. The Basement, Ground and Mezzanine floors have provision
for coffee shop activity together with Main Entrance Hall (Ground Floor), Circulation Lobby and M&E
Services Rooms. 30 typical lower floors include 6 nos. 3 bedroom apartments other upper floor include
12 one bedroom apartments floors around the Central Core.

Police housing accommodations
As part of the Dubai metro project compensation RTA built a Residential 322 twin town house with five
bedroom each 2 family room and living dining car park, the project is complete complex with roads,
parks, mosque complete infra-structure . the construction cost for the project is 500 million.

As part of developing Jabal Ali area the port authority to develop low income residential complex
consist of 281 building G+2 with all roads and other facility the project cost is around Dhs 700 million
