project ( Jaber Al Ahmad al Sabah hospital and make the necessary decisions and actions to keep
the project base line on its approved time, planned cost and accepted quality for a work budget of
about 1 billion $ .

projects arises from its locations ( controlling work in a very crowded area of people and

Achievements: As a project manager , I worked on achieving the required objectives for the
target building of the 200 million project (AL- AZHAR HOSPITAL PROJECT) by applying a
control and monitor plan in running activities extended over 12000 m2 site area .

Achievements: As a project manager , my main goal is to maintain the actual work process within
the planned base line limits in a huge extended project (about 200000 m2) site area and special
type of shell concrete building exposition hall (shell – frame structures- steel bridges) ,landscape,
asphalt roads and special finishes for the structure envelope.
Work place : NATIONAL ELECTRONIC RESEARCH INSTITUTE - Project Manager
Achievements: Maintain the actual work process within the planned base line limits in a very
special type of project foundation .the main work stage is in a high risk of soil failure while dealing
with deep excavation foundation and using inclined anchor piles on two level of support. This task
is accomplished with 300 bored piles of 25 meter deep in the same

Achievements: Construct the skeleton of the building starting from deep pile foundation to
completion ,by using the fast track approach (six month duration).. This consists of multi-panelled
