Project Description: -
Mall of Egypt located in Giza -6 October city- El Wahat Street in front of Media city, and consists
of two levels, on the road to the oases in 6 October City and includes 444,000 square meters of space
available for leasing commercial space. The shopping center accommodates 420 shop to provide
products and services, including top brands and international brands and focuses Mall of Egypt to provide
"the happiest moments of all people," every day through a variety of restaurants and entertainment
venues, And it includes more than 50 Restaurant & Cafe, in addition to VOX Cinema Hall, which includes
21 display screen for the first time in Egypt, there will be 4D cinema screens., and the city of Magic Planet
Toys, and (Ski Egypt), which is the first indoor ski slope glacier on the African continent. a Ski Slope over a
quarter of a kilo meter long, and it contains Mall of Egypt Carrefour hypermarket and parking
accommodate 6,500 cars. Egypt is scheduled to open in the mall in September 2016 with a total
investment of 5 billion Egyptian pounds.

Authority For Potable Water and Sewage ,(World Bank financing) Advisory Office Supervisor - Egypt
Consulting Engineers on an area (21500 m2), project consists of Sewer & expulsion lines, pumps building,
chlorine building, transformers building, pumps building, sludge building, Station fence 5 km on area,
landscape of station
Project budget: 100 million LE.
Project Area:1200,000 m2
Owner: NATIONAL AUTHORITY FOR POTABLE WATER AND SEWAGE
Consultant: ENGINEERING CONSULTING BUREAU

capacity of station was 45,000 m3/day, project consists of sewer & expulsion lines, pumps building,
chlorine building, transformers building, pumps building, sludge building, Station fence 5 km (Rectangle
shape Length 1.2 km, width 1.0 km) on area
Project budget :250 million LE.
Project area :1.2 km2
