A. CONTRUTION DUTIES:
- Preparing various types of slabs
like sold and post tension slabs
with thick from 20 cm till 3.0m,
- Pouring more than 45,000 m3
from numerous types and
strengths of concrete; Normal
and Flow concrete, flow mass
concrete, screed concrete and
foam concrete,
- Prepare bar bending schedules
for columns, walls and slabs,
- Using DOKA system H20, for
different types of supporting
systems like retaining walls, shear
walls, columns and slabs, Staxo
40 and SGB Cuplok,
- Tables for typical floors slabs and
climbing system for core walls,
- Check all above works and
handle it to the consultant
through requests for inspection.
B. Finishing works:
- Block walls, Screed, Plastering,
Painting, ceiling works, wall
papers, carpets, marble, granite
and Tiling for suites, kitchens,
bathrooms and corridors of
Hilton Hyatt, and Marriott hotels
and commercial areas (front of
house and back of house),
- Screed, catwalk, ceiling, walls
and floors painting and sign
marking of parking areas,
- Applying special materials for
finishing working of electrical,
mechanical and telecom
rooms, (applying firefighting
zones at these areas),
- Different kinds of suspension
ceilings (false ceiling) and
gypsum boards working,
- Raised floors from different
heights (20 cm to 1.2m).
C. Quantity Surveying:
- Prepare the quantities of
different materials for different
activities and purchase it via
purchase order,
- Check the BOQ for sub-
contractors (Finishing works).
D. Concrete Coordinator:
- Concrete coordination for the
whole project (JODP),
- Determine the casting method,
concrete type, site concrete
test, Site concrete test,
- Concrete schedule, coordinate
with concrete suppliers.
2. EXPERIENCE
E. Insulation works:
- Insulation works for different
areas such as; internal wet
areas, external areas (wall
cladding) and roof areas, using
different materials for example;
black, white bentonite, foam,
- Insulation works for potable
water tanks (around 3200m3
capacity) and fire water tank
(about 1500m3 capacity).
