Preparing all the Mechanical concept design of two hospitals in Egypt (HVAC, Fire
Fighting, Plumbing, Drainage, and Medical gases) for the account of consortium of
contractors, the tender was Design, built and operation of two hospitals in Alexandria
– Egypt.
The scope of work was to arrange a full concept and schematic drawings additional to
all specifications, Both hospitals have operation rooms, Intensive cares rooms,
Morgue, pharmacy, Radiology units, X-ray units, treatment rooms,…etc.

• SMOUHA MATERNITY UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL (200 Beds, 38000 m2 built up
area)
• MOWASAT MATERNITY UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL (230 Beds, 33400 m2 built
