Preparing the schematic design and working drawings with a
periodic site supervision for the following projects:
Mixed Use Complex (AL-HAMRA & Al-FIRDOUS TOWER) in Sharq-
Kuwait.
Al Hamra & Firdous Tower anchors a commercial complex comprising
offices, a health club, and a high-end shopping mall with theaters and
a food court. Reaching 412 meters, the iconic office tower will be the
tallest building in Kuwait. The project wins the first architectural
international award in 2007.
Site Area: 10,000 m- Number of Stories: 74
I worked as a senior architect of the project especially for the project’s
podium. I made the design development of the podium, the permits
drawings, the project’s working drawing, the required coordination
with the structural department and other services departments, the
required coordination with an international interior designer , all the
required coordination with the project’s international consultant SOM
and replay the RFI provided from the site.
