o Roles and responsibilities: leading the team to manage and control project activities, Review and evaluate contractor’s
claims and submittals of shop drawings /technical method statements and material submittals , chair the regular progress
meeting , evaluate the contractor’s performance with respect to the contract and manage all client’s relation issues.
o The project: Residential Community designed around a large man-made lagoon and a rich landscaped core. The complex is
designed in a contemporary architectural style. Comprise of 38 buildings in different heights (6 to 8 floors) and 2 levels
basements
o Prospective Cost of 544 million US dollars
• Expo Complex (Constantine - Algeria) Design completed 2009
o Roles and responsibilities: Managed the design stage from initiation and collecting client’s requirements and make the
necessary coordination between all disciplines till obtaining the building permit from all relevant authorities
o The project: Commercial and Residential Complex that consists of three phases with total built up area 285,000 m². The
project included: Expo center, Hotel, office building, shopping center and 6 residential buildings
o Prospective Cost of 148 million US dollars

Visiting the sites under construction and make sure that works in progress is according to the building permit obtained and

During such I was obliged to report violation to the above if any and also make technical evaluation / reports in case of
disputes between Owners / Consultants / Contractors.
