OBJECTIVE
To utilize my skills in project management, customer service and enrollment to meet the organization’s

Agent Relations Coordinator March•2014 – Present
Primary function is to provide admin support to the Director of Marketing and Sales Manager.
Supporting tasks include: Creating, organizing and implementing events and functions that will educate
and motivate Real Estate Agents toward greater success.
Event Coordination –
 SALES MEETINGS – Booking, scheduling and organization of all aspects of the meeting. I am
responsible for booking guest speakers, organizing funds and materials from sponsors and
creating presentations for speakers.
 SALES CONTESTS – Designed to motivate and inspire our agents to push themselves to
achieve their business goals. I am responsible for creating and promoting this event to our
agents. This includes budget preparation, project management and raising funds for event
through sponsorships.
 AWARDS CEREMONY – Organize and schedule all aspects of this event. - Circle of Excellence
Photoshoot – Invitations with RSVPs – Ordering awards – Booking the venue/catering –
Generating Sponsor letters – Coordinating event photography – Tracking budget/income from
sponsors/expenses
 CHRISTMAS PARTY – Arranging and planning all aspects – Venue – Invitations – Budget –
Décor – Speakers/Special Guests – Dinner – Photography – Charity Raffle and Raffle Baskets
Trainings –
 NEW AGENT TRAINING – Coordinating all aspects of training – scheduling speakers, both in-
house and external – coordinating week long training calendar – choosing training topics that
best suit the needs of our current housing market – assembling agent workbooks and keeping
them on task

 IN-HOUSE TRAINING – Coordinating and scheduling training calendar – booking speakers,
both in-house and external – posting calendars and reminders – encouraging agent participation
with in-house promotion
Marketing Support –
 PROJECT MANAGEMENT – I am responsible for monitoring the daily project load in the
marketing department and handling all marketing calendars – making sure the graphic designer
stays on task through a spreadsheet that is updated daily
 SOCIAL MEDIA – Monitor all social media on behalf of the company through the use of
Engage121(a social media software platform), Facebook and Twitter.
 WEBSITE MAINTENANCE – I handle minor updates including, adding and removing agents
and updating photos and bios
 AGENT/STAFF EMAIL SUPPORT – Through AppRiver(an online email platform) I assist in
assigning both agent and staff email addresses as well email forwarding and continuous
updates.
 INTERNAL COMPANY BRANDING/MESSAGE PROMOTION – I am responsible for marketing
all events and trainings to our agents and staff – Photos – Posters – Brochures – Flyers – Email

Front Office Coordinator April•2013 – March•2014
In this position, I functioned as the front office liaison between the parents and faculty. I monitored the
daily operations and oversaw the employee work shifts as they provided service for over 285 students
as well as compiled reports detailing any incidents' or areas of concern to the school district.
I was promoted to this position from the position of student aide. I was awarded this promotion as a
result of my consistent ability to produce positive results that contributed to keeping us a top 100 school
in the United States.
