Human Resources/Administrative Analyst
Duties include assisting President/Owner, Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager with daily
corporate operations, resume sourcing, tracking and analysis, recruitment, test administration, resume
development, employee relations, benefits administration, as well as communication of supplier
performance and contract compliance. Provide leadership for employees’ participation in charitable events,
as well as coordinate corporate parties. Daily utilized Outlook, Excel, SharePoint and Word to store,
manipulate, sort, gather, distribute and report information from office files and other sources. Responsible
for ad hoc projects to include, but not limited to assisting with the logistics of an annual award ceremony
