10. Evaluation Overall, my target audience do read music magazines often and it tends to be the NME music magazine. NME focuses on the indie/rock genre, so this also helps with knowing what genres my target audience prefer. Although, the results do show that my target audience listen to a variety of music, so I will make my magazine cover mainstream music. My target demographic all have said they own an iPod or an MP3 and listen to music for at least 1-2 hours per day, which shows how important music is in their everyday lives. I will price my magazine at £2.20, as this is the most common price for a music magazine. Also, the most preferred feature in the music magazine is the interviews, so this will be one of the main features I will definitely include in my magazine. My audience are also interested in fashion, clubbing and films, so I will try to include these topics in my magazine.
