This publication reflects the views only of the author, and the Commission cannot be held responsible for any use which may be made of the information contained therein. -5- 3.1 Το μοντέλο Επιχειρείν • Το EntreComp αναπτύχθηκε από το Κοινό Κέντρο Ερευνών (JRC) της Ευρωπαϊκής Επιτροπής εξ ονόματος της Γενικής Διεύθυνσης Απασχόλησης, Κοινωνικών Υποθέσεων και Ένταξης (DG EMPL). • Ένας από τους βασικούς στόχους του EntreComp ήταν η ανάπτυξη μιας κοινής εννοιολογικής προσέγγισης, η οποία θα μπορούσε να υποστηρίξει την ανάπτυξη της επιχειρηματικής ικανότητας σε ευρωπαϊκό επίπεδο. • Η φιλοδοξία του είναι να χτύσει μια γέφυρα μεταξύ των κόσμων της εκπαίδευσης και της εργασίας, συνεισφέροντας έτσι στην καλύτερη κατανόηση και προαγωγή των επιχειρηματικών ικανοτήτων στην ευρώπη. This publication reflects the views only of the author, and the Commission cannot be held responsible for any use which may be made of the information contained therein. -6- 3.1 Το μοντέλο Επιχειρείν • Υπάρχει σαφής ανάγκη να οριστεί και να περιγραφεί η επιχειρηματικότητα ως ικανότητα; να αναπτύξει το πλαίσιο αναφοράς που περιγράφει τα συστατικά του όσον αφορά τις γνώσεις, τις δεξιότητες και τις στάσεις · και να παρέχει στους ευρωπαίους πολίτες τα κατάλληλα εργαλεία για την αξιολόγηση και την αποτελεσματική ανάπτυξη αυτής της βασικής ικανότητας. • Το EntreComp Framework αποτελείται από 3 τομείς ικανοτήτων: «Ιδέες και ευκαιρίες», «Πόροι» και «Υλοποίηση». Κάθε τομέας περιλαμβάνει 5 ικανότητες, οι οποίες, μαζί, αποτελούν τα θεμέλια της επιχειρηματικότητας ως ικανότητα. This publication reflects the views only of the author, and the Commission cannot be held responsible for any use which may be made of the information contained therein. -9- 3.1 Το μοντέλο Επιχειρείν • «Οι ιδέες και οι ευκαιρίες», οι «πόροι» και η «Υλοποίηση» είναι οι 3 τομείς του εννοιολογικού μοντέλου και έχουν επισημανθεί ότι τονίζουν την επιχειρηματικότητα ως ικανότητα να μετατρέπουν ιδέες και ευκαιρίες σε δράση κινητοποιώντας πόρους. Αυτοί οι πόροι μπορεί να είναι προσωπικοί (δηλαδή, αυτογνωσία και αυτο- αποτελεσματικότητα, κίνητρα και επιμονή), υλικό (για παράδειγμα, μέσα παραγωγής και οικονομικοί πόροι) ή μη υλικό (για παράδειγμα, ειδικές γνώσεις, δεξιότητες και στάσεις). • Οι 3 τομείς ικανοτήτων είναι στενά συνυφασμένοι: η επιχειρηματικότητα ως ικανότητα υπερισχύει και των τριών αυτών από κοινού. Οι 15 ικανότητες είναι επίσης αλληλένδετες και αλληλοσυνδεόμενες και πρέπει να αντιμετωπίζονται ως μέρη του συνόλου. Δεν προτείνουμε ο εκπαιδευόμενος να αποκτήσει το υψηλότερο επίπεδο αποτελεσματικότητας και στις 15 ικανότητες ή να έχει την ίδια αποτελεσματικότητα σε όλες τις ικανότητες. Κάθε τομέας περιλαμβάνει 5 ικανότητες, οι οποίες, μαζί, αποτελούν τα θεμέλια της επιχειρηματικότητας ως ικανότητα. This publication reflects the views only of the author, and the Commission cannot be held responsible for any use which may be made of the information contained therein. -9- 3.1 Το μοντέλο Επιχειρείν • «Οι ιδέες και οι ευκαιρίες», οι «πόροι» και η «Υλοποίηση» είναι οι 3 τομείς του εννοιολογικού μοντέλου και έχουν επισημανθεί ότι τονίζουν την επιχειρηματικότητα ως ικανότητα να μετατρέπουν ιδέες και ευκαιρίες σε δράση κινητοποιώντας πόρους. Αυτοί οι πόροι μπορεί να είναι προσωπικοί (δηλαδή, αυτογνωσία και αυτο- αποτελεσματικότητα, κίνητρα και επιμονή), υλικό (για παράδειγμα, μέσα παραγωγής και οικονομικοί πόροι) ή μη υλικό (για παράδειγμα, ειδικές γνώσεις, δεξιότητες και στάσεις). • Οι 3 τομείς ικανοτήτων είναι στενά συνυφασμένοι: η επιχειρηματικότητα ως ικανότητα υπερισχύει και των τριών αυτών από κοινού. Οι 15 ικανότητες είναι επίσης αλληλένδετες και αλληλοσυνδεόμενες και πρέπει να αντιμετωπίζονται ως μέρη του συνόλου. Δεν προτείνουμε ο εκπαιδευόμενος να αποκτήσει το υψηλότερο επίπεδο αποτελεσματικότητας και στις 15 ικανότητες ή να έχει την ίδια αποτελεσματικότητα σε όλες τις ικανότητες.
