Πάρτε ένα μάθημα, διαβάστε μερικά βιβλία και μελετήστε τους μεγάλους ηγέτες. Μάθετε τι κάνουν οι ηγέτες και τι δεν κάνουν. Μάθετε τα πλαίσια, τα εργαλεία και τις δεξιότητες που απαιτούνται για να ηγηθείτε. Όσα περισσότερα ξέρεις για ένα θέμα, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της ηγεσίας, τόσο πιο σίγουροι θα είσαι. 2. Δικτύωση με άλλους ηγέτες. Ενώ είναι καλό να μάθουμε για την ηγεσία από τα μαθήματα και την ανάγνωση, κάνοντας αυτές τις ιδέες πράξη είναι δύσκολο και θα γίνουν λάθη. Βοηθήστε τους άλλους να είναι πιο επιτυχημένοι. Η εμπιστοσύνη της ηγεσίας δεν αφορά μόνο τη δημιουργία του δικού σας ιστορικού με νίκες. Η ουσία της ηγεσίας είναι να βοηθάτε τους άλλους γύρω σας να γίνουν πιο επιτυχημένοι. Βοηθήστε τους άλλους να αποκτήσουν αυτογνωσία, καθοδηγήστε τους και βοηθήστε τους να βρεθούν στην καλύτερη θέση για να είναι επιτυχημένοι. 5. Γιορτάστε νίκες. Ζητήστε βοήθεια από άλλους. Οι ηγέτες με αυτοπεποίθηση γνωρίζουν τι ξέρουν και τι δεν γνωρίζουν και δεν φοβούνται να ζητήσουν βοήθεια. Αντλούν από τα ταλέντα των άλλων χωρίς να αισθάνονται ότι απειλούνται. 11. Σταμάτα να ρωτάς "Μητέρα μπορώ να.. " και πάρε μια απόφαση.. Οι ηγέτες με αυτοπεποίθηση προτιμούν να ζητήσουν συγχώρεση παρά να ζητήσουν άδεια και είναι άνετοι στο να παίρνουν αποφάσεις χωρίς να είναι 100 της 100 σίγουροι. 12. Αναπτύξτε την αίσθηση του χιούμορ. Το χιούμορ στην κατάλληλη στιγμή, θα σπάσει την ένταση σε μια αγχωτική κατάσταση και θα βοηθήσει να μπουν τα πράγματα στην θέση τους. Πάρτε ένα μάθημα, διαβάστε μερικά βιβλία και μελετήστε τους μεγάλους ηγέτες. Μάθετε τι κάνουν οι ηγέτες και τι δεν κάνουν. Μάθετε τα πλαίσια, τα εργαλεία και τις δεξιότητες που απαιτούνται για να ηγηθείτε. Όσα περισσότερα ξέρεις για ένα θέμα, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της ηγεσίας, τόσο πιο σίγουροι θα είσαι. 2. Δικτύωση με άλλους ηγέτες. Ενώ είναι καλό να μάθουμε για την ηγεσία από τα μαθήματα και την ανάγνωση, κάνοντας αυτές τις ιδέες πράξη είναι δύσκολο και θα γίνουν λάθη. Βοηθήστε τους άλλους να είναι πιο επιτυχημένοι. Η εμπιστοσύνη της ηγεσίας δεν αφορά μόνο τη δημιουργία του δικού σας ιστορικού με νίκες. Η ουσία της ηγεσίας είναι να βοηθάτε τους άλλους γύρω σας να γίνουν πιο επιτυχημένοι. Βοηθήστε τους άλλους να αποκτήσουν αυτογνωσία, καθοδηγήστε τους και βοηθήστε τους να βρεθούν στην καλύτερη θέση για να είναι επιτυχημένοι. 5. Γιορτάστε νίκες. Η απώλεια βάρους, η καλή φόρμα, ένα νέο ζευγάρι γυαλιά, νέο χτένισμα, ένα νέο κοστούμι ή ένα νέο ζευγάρι παπούτσια μπορεί να σας κάνει να νιώσετε και να δείχνετε πιο σίγουροι. Ζητήστε βοήθεια από άλλους. Οι ηγέτες με αυτοπεποίθηση γνωρίζουν τι ξέρουν και τι δεν γνωρίζουν και δεν φοβούνται να ζητήσουν βοήθεια. Αντλούν από τα ταλέντα των άλλων χωρίς να αισθάνονται ότι απειλούνται. 11. Σταμάτα να ρωτάς "Μητέρα μπορώ να.. " και πάρε μια απόφαση.. Οι ηγέτες με αυτοπεποίθηση προτιμούν να ζητήσουν συγχώρεση παρά να ζητήσουν άδεια και είναι άνετοι στο να παίρνουν αποφάσεις χωρίς να είναι 100 της 100 σίγουροι. 12. Αναπτύξτε την αίσθηση του χιούμορ. Το χιούμορ στην κατάλληλη στιγμή, θα σπάσει την ένταση σε μια αγχωτική κατάσταση και θα βοηθήσει να μπουν τα πράγματα στην θέση τους.
