Oracle HRIS subject matter expert, responsible for providing global and regional support for Oracle HCM
applications, processes and projects. Technical point-of-contact for Oracle HCM, ensuring data integrity, testing of
system changes and providing issue resolution to functional and technical issues. Partner with IT in planning for
and implementing upgrades, testing functionality for each request prior to implementation in the production
environment. Work cross functionally with various globally located HR teams to understand the regional business
issues and translate them to create real solutions that address current needs and future requirements while
focusing on process improvement. In this capacity I also serve as the Americas Oracle HCM SuperUser providing
first line contact to this region’s end users providing assistance and evaluation of issues.
HRIS Project Manager - Americas, 06/10 to 11/11
Human Resources project lead (Americas) for the ResMed Global Oracle HRIS implementation project. Effectively
delegated tasks, communicated risk and timelines, managed scope and quality of work and ensured thorough
testing and integration of processes for the HRIS system. I represented the Americas HR department from the
initial design and planning phases and managed the project to go-live. This project was not assigned a Business
Analyst in the early stages of planning and as such I assumed this role temporarily and wrote all of the MD50
functional design documents for the Americas payroll interfaces. I drove the Oracle Core HR, Manager and
Employee Self Service modules to completion in FY11 on-time and in budget for the Americas region. My thorough
understating of ResMed Americas HR processes, practices and legacy HRIS system was a great asset to this very
ambitious project earning me a nomination of “Employee of the Quarter” from several employees for my efforts
and regional success on this extremely challenging global project.

Resource. Proactively managed Vice President’s dynamic calendar and independently scheduled appointments;
