 Established and implemented a new benefit package that included vendor change for major medical
   from a TPA with over 10 medical networks to a single carrier
 Worked with TPA regarding employee claim resolutions. Reduced rejection claims from over 70% to
   less than 5% within 6 months
 Managed benefits staff in daily operations and transactions including employee enrollment, payroll
   deductions and Leave of Absence program
 Defined, documented and implemented policies and procedures to support a multi-billion
   organization ensuring practices were within Federal and State regulations and guidelines
 Improved communication through the development and implementation of onsite and remote
   meetings with key leaders within the organization
 Functional Project Lead implementing PeopleSoft HCM 8.0 from legacy FoxPro HR & DOS Payroll
   systems. Project was 80% complete including data conversion, table configuration, custom SQR and
   end user training when project was cancelled due to events of 9/11/2001
 Completed integration and data conversion to Ceridian Source 550 (SQL) in 45 days
