Force Unmanned Aerial Vehicle program. Result: Generated annual savings of $6M.

management consultant by extensively interviewing, tabulating data, and
recommending organizational changes. Result: Created an annual savings of $2.8M.
Organizational Effectiveness - Designed a new process to management consulting

Teamed with senior human resource consultants to conduct Air Force-wide
consulting projects on high-interest items of particular interest to the Secretary of the

evaluations, and ensured best practices were implemented across the Air Force.

Worked in a difficult multi-national office managing the daily operations of a
$1.2M mainframe computer directly supporting flying operations of the North
Atlantic Treaty Organization. Administered the operation and maintenance of
aircraft communication and Information Security concerns related to
communications security, security of information (document/media security) and
computer security. Ensured compliance with international and national directives.
Evaluated and wrote procedures for managing sensitive information. Managed
database used for controlling over 1,000 pieces of classified material. Edited IBM
