Formed a Human Resource consulting firm with a focus on compensation structure and
planning, performance management and training and development.
Current contract is with Cardinal Innovations Healthcare. Presently working on the following:
Conducting a market study for the bi-annual salary review. This consists of reviewing
surveys to determine an appropriate pay structure for Cardinal to offer competitive wages.
Developing a Leadership Training Class. The intent of this training is to establish a common
mindset and process for leaders at Cardinal Innovations. Topics covered include HR
policies and employee management including on-boarding, interview do’s and don’ts, and
general employee relations. Additionally, compliance is a core deliverable with a variety of
areas covered including HIPPA, ADA, Conflicts of Interest and Acceptable Use Policy.
Performance management process review. In the process of determining and developing a
performance management system that aligns with the goals and mission of Cardinal
Innovations. The intent is to blend traditional performance management with contemporary
processes to create a motivated workforce.

Responsible for End User Computing/Desktop Support for the enterprise.
Led a team of five Team Leaders and 55 individual contributors. Sites were spread across
the United States as well as in Northern Ireland. Included the oversight of the Concierge
group which serviced Sr. Leaders including the CEO.
Responsible for all performance management, employee development, compensation
management and employee relations.
Site leader for the Charlotte technology community. Responsibilities included on-boarding,
completion of new employee orientation and associated on-line training. Conducted
monthly communication meetings. Covered performance management, measured

Led the growth efforts of the Charlotte Technology site build out as the site leader. Grew

Human Resource Manager for the Print and Communication Center, which was a 24x7 site with
over 500 employees. Managed a team of one Division Manager, one Training Manager and
three Human Resource Representatives.
Developed and implemented a new compensation structure. Moved from a step driven
structure to a merit based structure.
Developed and implemented metrics. Included were turnover rate, time to fill openings,
spot-check interview results, expenses, etc.
Managed the relationship with Kelly Services. There were over 50 Kelly employees on site
and I worked closely with Kelly on cost and employee interactions.
Accountable for all compliance to Allstate’s HR Policies and Procedures. Ensured
adherence by spot-check interviews, building relationships with leadership and the
