• Managed ADP system implementation from PCPW to PayForce (Ultipro System Training for Payroll and Human

over Ultipro due to restrictions on Ultipro’s Global Payroll and Human Resources capabilities).

These businesses are supported at Group level by management, marketing, training, and research and development. • Financial compliance expertise was applied by performing an end-to-end analysis of current payroll procedures, checklists and peer reviews, which resulted in the implementation of strict process improvements and internal audits across the payroll, human resources and finance departments. • Audit of 2012 year-end W-2’s and W-2c’s; audit of 2013 expat wage and compensation; developed relationships with all expat employees while reconciling their wage and compensation for 2013 and prior years. (07/11 - 10/12) Global Payroll Manager – Consultant Process Improvement, Global Payroll & HRIS System Implementations Headquarters: Redmond, WA Remote Office: Fort Worth, TX • Partnered with The Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller in managing Global Payroll Operations for 2,000 global employees; Manager of a Remote Global Payroll Team in Amsterdam, US and the Philippines; Global Payroll Strategy for International Growth and Expansion. • Global New Country Payroll, Tax and Benefits Setup in EMEA, APA and North America. • Managed ADP system implementation from PCPW to PayForce (Ultipro System Training for Payroll and Human Resources during new payroll/Human Resources system research phase. Ultimately, ADP PayForce was chosen over Ultipro due to restrictions on Ultipro’s Global Payroll and Human Resources capabilities). • Utilized a variety of global payroll vendors including ADP UK, ADP Canada, ADP/PCPW, ADP PayForce, Celergo, local payroll vendors in Singapore and Australia. • Sarbanes-Oxley compliance expertise was applied by performing an end-to-end analysis of current payroll procedures, checklists and peer reviews, which resulted in the implementation of strict process improvements and internal audits across the department. (02/10 - 06/11) Payroll Manager – Interim Payroll Manager Headquarters: Plano, TX • Managed North America Payroll Operations for 3,000 US employees (ADP ProBusiness) and 200 Canadian employees. Responsibilities included hands-on Canada ADP/PCPW payroll processing and reporting. • Managing the very successful end-to-end transition of the North America Payroll Operations department “from” Santa Clara, CA “to” Plano, TX, headquarters. • Payroll and HR public compliance expertise was applied by performing an end-to-end analysis of current payroll procedures, checklists and peer reviews, which resulted in the implementation of strict process improvements and internal audits across the department.
