Purpose of this Session
The structure of an enterprise requires processes, procedures
and protocols – generally referred to as “tools” – which are critical
not only for sustainability, but ultimately for scalability. The
purpose of Session 6 is to identify, explore and evaluate each
one of those tools.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
A business metric for evaluating factors that are crucial to the success of
an organization. The purpose of using KPIs is to focus attention on the
tasks and processes that management has determined are most
important for making progress towards declared goals and targets

An attribute or circumstance that denotes mode, method or manner
