b) Write down some aspects you would like to comment on, including suggestions for
improvement.
 What a quiet group! 
 Choral repetition: how effective is it? Is it meaningful? How could you have approached this
“pronunciation” exercise in a different way?
 Lovely visual aids! 
 The topic (family members) was not new for students. You should have skipped such a long
introduction.
 The posters were beautiful! What a pity the board was so small. Try not to overload the
board. Remove those items which are not necessary.
 You should not encourage students to translate into L1!!
 There is little/non-existent students` production. They mainly repeated and read already
made sentences. They showed good competence, I´m positive they can engage in more
challenging exchanges.
 When checking understanding, “Is it clear?” might not be enough.
 When checking T/F exercise, you should have students justify their answers.
 When assigning homework, you should write it down on the board.

Is it meaningful? How could you have approached this “pronunciation” exercise in a different way?  Lovely visual aids!   The topic (family members) was not new for students. You should have skipped such a long introduction.  The posters were beautiful! What a pity the board was so small. Try not to overload the board. Remove those items which are not necessary.  You should not encourage students to translate into L1!!  There is little/non-existent students` production. They mainly repeated and read already made sentences. They showed good competence, I´m positive they can engage in more challenging exchanges.  When checking understanding, “Is it clear?” might not be enough.  When checking T/F exercise, you should have students justify their answers.  When assigning homework, you should write it down on the board. d) Rate this teacher’s performance on a scale of 1 – 10 (1 is very poor, 10 is outstanding) Circle the appropriate rating: 1- 2- 3- 4- 5- 6- 7- 8- 9- 10
