One of my key achievements with Clarks is supporting and playing a part as area sales

to deliver exceptional results with a turnover of £16.8m. This includes working with both
retail and franchise owned stores.

Last year I delivered +2% on previous turnover of £16.8m. I have successfully made a return
on investment from the business with a refit of one of my stores, increasing the turnover from
£708k to £750k in the first year of trade. For year to date my profit is 37.6% of sales (£3.3m)
compared to the UK business 33.3%.

- Support area sales manager on the area at meetings and with poor performing stores

My key achievements in Oxford was a record back to school period. I delivered the record
sales in one week for the store of £81k and had a record year delivering £2.65m. The store
was recognised for being store of the week for the UK business 3 times in a year.

My key achievements whilst in the Banbury store was to recruit and train a successful
management and sales team. I grew the stores turnover to £1.5m from £1.4m.

During my time as assistant manager I became the area payroll specialist where I successfully
controlled stores spend to have an impact on the area profit and loss. In the period of while I
was the assistant manager of the store, it had a record year and became one of the top 25 in
the UK business with at the time sales of £2.4m

I was responsible for a team within a department. During this time I developed and received
training to become a senior team leader which involved being responsible for the store in the
managers absence and responsible for my direct teams performance. During my time of team
leader on the ladies department I achieved a record year of £1m.
