Company Profile
Italmondo S.p.a. was founded in Milan in 1953 by Mr. Giacinto Chiesa.
Between the 60s and 90s branches were opened all over Italy to consolidate the Company’s presence
on the Italian market.
In the 90’s the expansion moved towards Asia and South-east Asia. In parallel, in 1991 the Belgium
platform Euroterminal was opened in Mouscron to serve France and Benelux market.
In 2006 the Group Headquarter moved to Lainate. In 2016 Supernova, the IT Hub of the Group was
founded.
In 2018 the Group Headquarter moved to the new offices in Arluno.
Today ITLM Group has 25 direct branches in 10 Countries and partners in 115 Countries all over the
World.

Thanks to the vision and effort of Mr. Federico Pozzi Chiesa, in the past 5 years ITLM has made
significant investments in the creation of an internal IT hub dedicated to the development of new
technologies for the e-commerce and digital market.
THE OBJECTIVE OF SUPERNOVA HUB IS TO ACCELERATE THE GROWTH OF INNOVATIVE
STARTUPS IN THE E-COMMERCE AND SMART LOGISTICS ECOSYSTEM, EXPLOITING THE
