2. Circulatory System
• The heart pumps the blood through the body, this process
is called circulation.
• The blood travels inside the blood vessels.
• The heart, the blood, and the blood vessels is part of
the circulatory system.
• The more active you are, the more often your heart beats
to supply enough food and oxygen from the blood.

3. Respiratory System
• This system is quite hard.
• The nose is where the air gets in to your body the to your
windpipe (trachea) then to your lungs finally to the
alveoli.
• When we breath IN our lungs expand.
• When we breath OUT or lungs contract.
• The alveoli change the oxygen to carbon dioxide.
• This is called the respiratory system.

4. Digestive System
• The digestive system helps to digest the food that we eat then
the waste will be sent out as feces.
• The digestive system consists of the mouth, gullet, stomach,
small intestines, large intestines.
• At the mouth the saliva start digesting the food.
• At the stomach the food mixes with digestive juices that turn the
food into a thick liquid.
• Undigested food will be pushed out at the end of the intestines.
• The large intestines don’t do digestion.

5. Excretory System
• This system main function is excretion.
• Their main organ is the kidneys.
• The kidneys filter the water that you drink and it excrete a
liquid waste product called urine.
• Every day the blood passes through the kidneys about
40 times to produce 1 liter of urine.

6. Nervous System
• The nervous system controls everything that we do.
• This consists of the brain and the nerves.
• The brain has three parts, the cerebrum, the
cerebellum, and the brain stem.
• The cerebrum saves memory and do thinking.
• The cerebellum do movements.
• The brain stem do things like breathing, blinking,
digesting, sneezing.
