      Purchasing Working with alliance partners to obtain the best prices, favorable shipping dates and fulfillment guarantees. Sourcing materials and parts, suppliers; Finding the alternatives and investigating performance information. Tracking time to distribution; Working with shippers to ensure on-time delivery to production and/or distribution points.
Logistics Domestic LTL, FTL, full sets. Train cars. International, containerized shipping. Customs (CBP) Homeland security documentation, harmonic code (census ). Experienced with online tools and resources. Has existing contacts in international trade. Working partnerships with FedEx and UPS  Securing deep discounts and dedicated drivers/reps as well as direct dispatch response through exclusive deals with carriers. Acquiring association discounts.
Technical         Support Help desk on call. Troubleshooting; hardware, software. Reveal unused shortcuts or alternatives for users enhanced efficiency. Training on systems, applications. Document format conversion. Free up over utilized processor resources. Mailing list extraction,  CRM & Access expert Targeted extraction of archival data. Prioritization of multiple issues, minimizing       overall downtime with the caveat that systems on a deadline will at times need to come first.
Technical Skills  Workstations: Upgrading BIOS, CPU and RAM modules; Replacing or slaving hard drives, formatting disks; Cleaning up cluttered systems; Deploying and maintaining peripherals; Implement new software, train users.  Servers: Local and Remote, Web and E-mail. Server deployment, administration and maintenance; Windows NT, 2000 & 2003 server. Mac OS X server.  Networks: Control VPN and port security, setup and maintain firewall, routers and switches. Ethernet cabling. Fax: Hardware fax setup and supplies, E-Fax for inbound. Logistics: Moving and setup of physical plant.  Admin: Accounts, passwords, domains, permissions, archiving, and backups. Reviewing hardware and software prior to purchase; Sourcing the best equipment and price.
 More Technical Skills  Database maintenance, de-bugging and indexing. Remote synchronizations for CRM and PDAs. Targeted data extraction for sales campaigns.  Applications : MS Office, Act!-CRM, SAP-ERP, QuickBooks pro, PeachTree, Quark Xpress, Photoshop, Acrobat, Flight check pro, WS_FTP pro, Transit, VNC, Terminal services, Backup exec, Retrospect, AutoCAD, RDC and many more.  Implement and maintain digital phone systems,admin voice mail accounts. Implement and train users on SIP-VOIP phones, deploy 802.1p Qos switch. Administer and train users on unified messaging. IT Management: Strategic Decision Making.
 Organizational Skills Filing systems both physical and online. File naming conventions. Collaborative spaces. Maintain order and cleanliness in the office. Daily working from to-do lists, scheduling in Outlook. Inventory, order and maintain office supplies. Trade show preparation. Booths from concept to completion. Fabrication, signage, lighting & multi-media. Able to articulate and understand needed information rapidly; verbal, written or electronically communicated by the utilization of various applications. Disseminate  information to individuals, groups or company-wide in a timely and accurate manner. Able to maintain confidentiality both in documentation and verbal dialogue. Discriminate of proprietary knowledge.
Strategic Marketing  Experience - contacts in the industry (prospects, distribution channels, media), familiarity with advertising and promotion, personal selling capabilities, general management skills and a history of profit and loss responsibilities. The ability to generate good publicity as measured by past successes, contacts in the press, quality of promotional literature and market education capabilities. Sales promotion techniques such as trade allowances, special pricing. The effectiveness of your distribution channels as measured by history of relations, the extent of channel utilization, financial stability, reputation, access to prospects. Advertising capabilities including media relationships, advertising budget, past experience, how easily the product can be advertised and commitment to do so. Sales capabilities including availability of personnel, quality of personnel, location of sales outlets, ability to generate sales leads, relationship with distributors, ability to demonstrate the benefits of the product and necessary sales support capacity. The appropriateness of the pricing of the product as it relates to competition, price sensitivity of the prospect, prospect's familiarity with the product and the current market life cycle stage.
Full Cycle Product Evolution Product Concept. (may grow to a complete line) Sourcing materials raw and semi-finished. Timing the manufacturing, assembly and production. Aggressive marketing campaign in place. Distribution primed and timed. Packaging consistent with building word of mouth advertising and enhancing name recognition. Fulfillment, consumer awareness, follow-through. Reordering simplicity for established consumers. Accounting. A/P, A/R, G/L, P&L. Product lifetime forecasting/inventory-production control. Collection of all relative data for future launch evaluation.
