Company seeks a top performing analytics product manager within the Product Analytic Platform team
to drive development and enhancement of data visualization and business reporting platforms. With

success. The successful candidate will work with product managers and product analysts, together with
data architects and engineers, to ensure that the data visualization solutions meet the stakeholders'
current and anticipated business needs.
In this role you will:
Partner with your internal customers - product analysts and product managers- to understand existing
and anticipated business reporting needs and features. The successful individual will have an
overarching view of the existing product lineup and roadmap, have a good grasp on business
prioritization, and ensures that reporting solutions stay in synch with business demands. Synthesize
these needs into clear product requirements.

visualization systems and reports

2. -Develop expertise in underlying data structures and logic, and be a strong believer that the visualization
layer is only as good as the underlying layers feeding it. Have an ownership attitude about the end-to-
end value chain to ensure highest standard output.
-Ensure flexibility of approaches based on business needs. In certain cases, this means that the analytics
team build prototype visualization layer for R&D work that require quick iteration. For other, more
mature reporting tools, this means product managing specialized internal teams to bring an existing tool
into a production-level or maintenance mode.
-Be passionate about data visualization and its power to instruct and inform. Keep abreast of new
technologies and approaches, taking advantage of ongoing industry events about the state-of-the-art,
and evangelize internally within Company.
-Take leadership in translating customers' needs into specific solutions. You will need to press customers
to be clear about the outcomes they need (rather than jumping to particular solutions), then
incorporate all customers' inputs with your deep understanding of the technical options into products
you will then test with customers, and refine in a cycle of building, measuring, learning and building the
next iteration.
-Have a clear business mindset to take in business requests, understand effort required and drive to
quick wins, keeping an 80/20 attitude to ensure highest return given the needed investment.
-Develop close collaboration with our internal instrumentation team and engineering to help drive data
quality improvements as needed.
Job Requirements
-Passion for enabling business users to get value from data through intuitive analytical tools.
-5+ years of experience with front-end reporting tools such as Tableau, QlikView, Microstrategy,
Business Objects, Cognos, Oracle BI or other industrial reporting and analysis platforms. The ideal
candidate will have experience both as an analytical power-user and as a developer / administrator.
-Experience understanding and translating customer needs into specific, prioritized requirements, then
overseeing the delivery of those requirements.
-Strong database development and query knowledge including proficiency in SQL coding across standard
relational environment (e.g., Teradata)
-Ability to build relationships and work effectively with a broad range of people, from non-technical
product managers (who are some of your key customers) to highly technical engineers (who will build
the solutions you product manage). Ability to influence and drive results even without direct reporting
relationships.
