April 2016 to March 2017 : Site Construction manager for Waste2Resource
Aglomeration Solutions at Sakura Ferro Manganese furnace facility Malaysia,
raw materials division, Brex Plant.
1) This project valued at USD 18 million was initiated by Sakura to re-
introduce raw material fines as well as furnace by products into an
extruded briquette as an acceptable raw material medium for
furnace feed. In the execution role of this project I was appointed
as construction manager in the civil, structural, mechanical as well
as E,I &C disciplines.
Metix Sakura Furnace Project
March 2015 to March 2016:
1) Site construction Manager of 132/33/11kV switch-yard project
delivering 135Megawatt supply to a modern furnace project at
Samalaju Industrial park. Construction from ground works, civil,
structural, Heavy Current electrical and Instrumentation installation
to testing, proving and commissioning of entire project.
2) Raw material handling project. In loading raw material, Conveying
of bulk raw material. Handling and measuring plant to supply exact
mixtures of metallurgical material to furnace facility. E&I intensive
project. (Contract completion) Contactable references available.
AMEC for ARCELORMITTAL Western Range Iron Ore Project
Liberia.
5. March 2014 to March 2015 :
Upgrade construction of the existing port ore loading facility which
incorporates rail out loading system, conveyor circuit with stacker and
re claimer installation, to port ship loader system at Buchanan loading
port. Designed to handle 15 million tonnes of iron ore concentrate per
year. Construction of oil and gas offloading and storage facility to
supply two power plants. Construction and commissioning of Caterpillar
Diesel/heavy fuel power plant with a total capacity to generate 76
Megawatt. Project exposure to modern industrial electrical and
instrumentation equipment associated with this project, from project
kick off stage to design evaluation and E&I equipment procurement.

underground declines. Maintenance and repair to all related underground equipment
which includes: conveyor systems, de watering pump systems (Sulzer, KSB, Salweir
pumps ) chairlifts, single drum hoists, battery locos and ore hoppers, stoping winches,
developing end air loaders, sub stations and electrical distribution networks, piping

Millsell Chrome Plant
General Engineering Supervisor: Responsible for all maintenance, production and
construction to a chrome beneficiation plant which produce various chrome products
to ISO 9001 specifications for export clients. Plant equipment consisted of ball mills,
product screens, vibrator feeders, spirals, hydrosizers, slurry pumps (Warman and
Envirotech ), H.M.S plants, plant conveyors and ore chrushers. Completed various
capital metallurgical projects as well as research and design programs.
