An extremely focused and enthusiastic person who has been gaining a valuable wealth of knowledge in
a range of personnel disciplines at Dublin Business School – Studying at the second year for accounting
& finance in Dublin has the flair and talent in data analysis throughout the whole semester, achieving a
quality assignment where stringent deadlines are present. Displays strong interpersonal skills in building
and maintaining of high profileinternal and external relationshipsand recognized asa confidentpartner
in any fields.
There are excellent & key skills I possess as follow:
- Professional expertise and learning, is displayed through personal development to maintain up-
to-date knowledge on policies and procedures.
- Possesses a working knowledge of a variety of standard Microsoft packages with additional
experience at operating specialized software used by the business.
- Is fully cost sensitivity, and is able to set budgets and carefully monitor expenditure.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & MAIN ACHIEVEMENTS:
 When leading and managing other is able to inspire and motivate them to reach their goals,
through the ability to provide clear direction and the ability to communicate a compelling
vision.
 Responsible for executing tasks and producing deliverables as outlined in the Project Plan and
directed, at whatever level of effort or participation has been defined for them.
 There was a significant mark over 75 for the project.
WORK EXPERIENCE
12/ 2014 – 10/ 2015 |14-15 O'Connell Street Upper | Dublin |Londis
Working within a team and alone carried through the role as a deli assistant at Londis.
MARJOR RESPONSIBILITIES & ACHIEVEMENT:
 According to manager’s note, after I month, sale unit on deli department is dramatically
increasing from 52 to 80 people per day within my excellent customer service.
 Together with the inventory manager ensured that an annual stock holding was undertaken
and that the business target of holding stock were achieved with special emphasis placed on
profiled items.
 In second week, I have and possessed experience in running or managing a delicatessen or
fresh food counter without any mistakes.
 Proving ability in the day to day management of a deli team.
 Contributed to creating variety of new choices on menu about planning & development to
ensure maintain customers’ appetite.
 Ensure that fresh food offered for sale is well presented and of the highest quality at all times.
 I did not get any complain from customer, food was maintainedand improved quality.
 Built and maintained relationships with timber buyers and agents and if additional stocks were
required authorized the purchases of material.
01/ 2013 –03/ 2014 (1 year 5 month) | China|Gong Cha
Worked as a part of a team on customers’ service as a cashier ensure the day-to-day operations are
carried out in line with high-standards including dealing with assisting customers with any queries and
maintaining proper cashier records.

improve their customer services skills during their visits.

 Organizes activities for the club. (the game of table tennis in every season…)
ACHIEVEMENT
 Succeeded in the understanding and production of how to prepare accounts, thereby putting
into practice the theory side of accounting which previously took place during the course of
studies.
 Over 2 years in Ireland, I have been building a strong interpersonal relation from different
countries.
 I have a good knowledge of social media to research resource for any project and assignment.
 Quickly adapted to talking detailed instructions from a newer and carrying out tasks in a
confident manner.
