structure, and guide the helper with his duties) Relief Supervisor help guide the crew with job duties) (Lead
Supervisor same responsibilities as above) Started off as a helper worked my way up to Blaster/Painter then to
relief foreman and from there to foreman supervising projects, overseeing crews, equipment and materials to
perform the project.
