The mold clamp fixes a perforated iron plate such as a shaft or a wire rope. Usually, it is stuck on
the positioning groove of the shaft. After the mold clamp is fixed with screws, the shaft cannot
move and rotate axially.
The mold clamp is obtained by impregnating a thermosetting resin containing no halogen-based
flame retardant on a substrate obtained by impregnating a solution containing an alkoxysilane
derivative and/or a condensate thereof and drying the substrate to obtain a prepreg. Several
prepregs are overlapped, and copper foils are stacked on one or both sides of the prepreg as
required and heated and pressed to obtain a stack.
