The mold clamp is obtained by impregnating a thermosetting resin containing no halogen-based
flame retardant on a substrate obtained by impregnating a solution containing an alkoxysilane
derivative and/or a condensate thereof and drying the substrate to obtain a prepreg. Several
prepregs are overlapped, and copper foils are stacked on one or both sides of the prepreg as
required and heated and pressed to obtain a stack.
