Took over the activities of the struggling call center of EFG Hermes in 2005. Redefined the role
of the center and guided its staff in order to align its purpose with the nature of the business.
Succeeded to immensely increase the revenue from the services identified through the
activities of the Center by 300%. Center still functioning along same principles established
since then, and its role and staff has expanded.
Added a considerable number of new customers to the EFG Hermes customer base. These
clients generate annually a good percentage of EFG Hermes's business.
Through the interface between the existing clients and the various business units in EFG
Hermes, was able to identify new customer needs, and work with the various business lines
to develop new financial products that are currently being implemented throughout the
industry.
Initiated white label branding of financial services for EFG Hermes. Currently, many financial
institutions in Egypt and Kuwait use such services.
