Position: SALES CO-ORDINATOR (@ DUBAI Main Warehouse) – ERIKLI& Hamidiya Water
Working on Oracle based Program Vision 2000
 Handling top 150 Locations of distribution areas such as Meydan Racing Club, Dubai Ports,
Dubai Chamber of Commerce, Dubai Equestrian center and Fazza Endurance, Dubai Duty Free.
 Coordinate delivery to Union CO-OP, CarreFour, LULU, Emarat Petrol Stations, Sharjah CO-OP, RAK
CO-OP,Al Ain CO-OP,H.H Sheikh Hamdan Palace and other super markets all over U.A.E.
 Coordinate sales transaction of multi-national clients for all inquiries and purchases
 Handle accounts for UAE,Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
 Handling 15 delivery teams for delivery to different locations on a daily basis across UAE.
 Synchronized supply chain activities, coordinating with customers and internal operation
departments.
 Receiving orders and preparing delivery note in ERP System.
 Updating of price, quotations, sending Quotation thru ERP System.
 Ensuring availability of stock at all times through manually reviewing and updating in the system.
 Preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly reports for senior management.

Position: SALES CO-ORDINATOR + SALES EXECUTIVE (@ ABUDHABI Branch)
Sales Coordinator
 Handling top 60 Locations of distribution area such as H.H Sheikh Hamdan bin Nahyan Office,
Abu Dhabi Co-op Society, Armed Forces, Sheikh Hamdan Palace, Abu Dhabi Airport and Istanbul,
also dealing with Cash Customers.
 Collection of cash and cheques.
 Overseeing advertising of products viz. Erikli, Hamidiya, RC Cola & Maaza, Emperor and
Kitchen King Rice
 Achieving established sales targets; co-ordination with dealers and retailers.
 Reviewing our own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
 Responsible of new Location addition month on month as per norms decided by company.

 Identify business opportunities and target markets
 Make initial customer contact through visits or calls and Identify each potential customer’s needs
