My responsibilities are
RFI (Request for Inspection):
To prepare, submit/upload RFIs. To register and keep updated log of all incoming and outgoing
correspondences. Also receiving RFIs, scanning, handing over the RFIs to the concerned department
and uploading the files in the WRENCHTM
on daily basis.
Shop drawings:
Preparation of transmittals for drawings.
Ensure timely uploading, submission of drawings to the Consultant.
Ensure regular update of drawings status.
Issue drawings and updating in Data base management system.
Coordinate and hand over the drawings to the Engineers.
Ensure proper filing of documents to ensure they are handed over to the concerned Engineers and
uploading the files in the WRENCHTM
.
Material Submittal:
Preparation of transmittals for material submission.
Ensure timely uploading, submission of material submittal to the Consultant.
Ensure regular update of material submittal status.
Issue material submittal and updating in Data base management system.
Coordinate and hand over the material submittal to the Engineers.
