• Effectively sourced and hired 120 Wireless Telecom, Direct Hire Techs within 2 month period in an industry
(Wireless) that I was unfamiliar with and one that has limited skilled resources available.
• Due to the unexpected loss of our key HR Coordinator was asked to step in and assist with the Administrative
needs of the department. I quickly learned their processes,ATS and PeopleSoft to enter all new Hires into the
payroll tracking system and continued to recruit Direct Hire Craft from Welders to Electricians. Because of my
performance they offered me a position with the company.
2/09-3/10 After lay-off, moved to GA to be near family and attend school in the evenings
5/06-1/09 Trillium Construction Services. -Sr. Recruiter/Accounts Manager/Admin. Assist. Madison, TN
As a Recruiter, successfully placed Temporary and Direct Hire Construction Professionals and skilled craftsmen both
domestic and overseas with Commercial (hospitals, military bases and police stations) and Industrial Construction
Contractors including power/Energy, Water,Oil/gas pipeline, pumping stations, refineries and above ground storage tanks.
In addition to all recruiting responsibilities, I supported the Dept. Manager handling all Administrative support functions.
These included:
• Job postings, reporting all weekly time for contract employees to corporate payroll in MI.
• Managed all contract personnel hiring paperwork; entered all new Candidates into Database; payroll set-up.
• Managed all Direct Hire billing invoices to clients.
• Handled all follow-up past-due invoices
Highlights/Successes
• Although I was not the Business Developer; due to my ability to cultivate relationships with certain key clients
became their direct point of contact for all new and ongoing personnel needs. The Dept. Manager trusted me to
negotiate all fees along with salaries for all new positions placed with my Accounts.
• I negotiated the highest placement fee within all divisions of $48k for a Regional Manager.
• This Branch was created in May 2006 and I was hired by the appointed Branch Manager as the Recruiter and his
Assistant. We were the first Construction Professionals Management Branch, within the five Construction
Divisions and by December 2007 we exceeded our Net profit goals by $350K with a Gross Profit of $1.5M.

10/04-5/06 Prepared and sold my home and moved to Tennessee (in 3/05) from Washington, due to husbands’ company
transfer.

Recruited and placed skilled Exempt (Management,HR, Accounting, Banking, Sales/Marketing and IT) as well as Non-
exempt ( Administrative and Accounting Dept. support, Medical Assistants, Medical Billers and Medical Office Managers,
Computer Operators and Techs,CAD Drafters and Contingents in Manufacturing/Production, Warehouse);
Highlights/Successes
• Initially hired to build up the fledgling Temporary Staffing Division, I tripled the weekly hours within the first year.
For the first 2yrs of my employment, was solely responsible for every facet of developing the Temporary Staffing
division.
• Met and exceeded goals in placements and revenue. As one of two Account Managers in 2003 for this small
independently owned Agency and the primary contact for all Clientele, was the major contributor to the year- end
sales balance of $1M. I exceeded annual Direct Hire sales requirements by 50%.
*Company was sold / closed due to Ownersfailing health.
