managers. 2016 – filled 70 roles - corporate and front line roles, while completing
other varying HR responsibilities.

careers site branding, job descriptions, HR templates, and launched an onboarding and
the Applicant Tracking system.

Started on a 3 month contract; brought on FT/perm for the second recruitment season. Main
responsibility: Lead full cycle recruitment for corporate headquarters. Positions varied from Entry
to Director Level. After second recruitment season, there was no room in the budget to keep me.
The first recruitment season, I successfully recruited 25 full time, permanent corporate
positions (due to a corporate restructure).
The second season, I recruited over 40 full time/permanent and contract corporate
positions due to expansion.
When not actively recruiting (during tax season), my time was spent creating
