An adaptable and responsible undergraduate seeking a senior level position in public relations which
will utilize the organizational and communication skills developed through my involvement with UAE
Government Departments, Private Industries and legal consultants.
During my studies I successfully combine my studies with work and other commitments showing
myself to be self-motivated, organized and capable of working under pressure. I have a clear, logical
mind with a practical approach to problem solving and a drive to see things through to completion. I
enjoy working on my own initiative or in a team. In short, I am reliable, trustworthy, hardworking and
eager to learn and have a genuine interest in PR.
CAREER HISTORY

PUBLIC RELATION MANAGER - Mar 2013 - Present
Responsible for working closely with the government bodies and managing the companies public
relation activities, I am also providing leadership for the law, rules and regulations to staff and the
higher management regarding their concerns with government bodies, I make sure that the public
relation department works within all of the companies and government Operational Procedures.
Duties:
 Responsible to collect and provide periodical updates from the government authorities on all
Labor and immigration rules to keep the HR department abreast of the changes in the rules
and procedures.
 Responsible to submit, follow-up and collect all new employment and business visas to ensure
that the visas are processed on a timely manner to support the business.
 Responsible to renew, update and maintain all employees and their dependants’ visas, labor
cards, and labor contracts in a timely manner to ensure that company’s records are up-to-date
in the labor and Immigration Departments.
 Responsible to deal with general enquires regarding PRO functions promptly and efficiently to
enhance the level of department service
 Responsible for preparation of events for government and private organization which is
assisting the effective development of public relation programs.
 Responsible to arrange the meetings with high profile clients and responsible to arrange the
reception for each event.
 Responsible for advertising the company on social, print radio and TV media.
 Responsible to coordinate with clients for negotiations preparation of contracts according to
law and company rules and regulations.
 Responsible to get reports of the market situation on regular basis.
 Responsible to provide service, support and assistance to new and existing employees on their
requirements such are driving license, liquor license, car registrations, accommodation and
legal requirements to ensure that PR services are provided as required.
 Responsible to renew, update and maintain the trade licenses and other government
certificates of all company’s legal entities in the UAE to ensure that the documents are up-to-
date.
 Responsible to renew and maintain all company’s leases in the UAE before its expiry, which
includes offices, company apartments.
 Responsible to assist departments in resolving any issues related to company vehicle
registration and renewals to ensure that PRO services are provided as and when it is required.
 Responsible to obtain visas from other Embassies in UAE for staff members for their business
travel arrange processing attestation of employee qualifications as required.
 Responsible to accurate preparation of documents according to the requirement of the legal
authorities and maintain the confidentiality and security of company and employee documents
at all times.
 Responsible to submit detailed reports related to Visa Expenses, License Renewal and
Government Bodies charges to the finance department.
 Knowledge and experience on the portal system usage of Government Departments
(Labor, Immigration, Civil Defense, Municipality, RTA)
