Dear Sir/Madam
I, hereby, would like to apply for the position as Office
Administrator/Secretary/Personal Assistant with your company.
I am an efficient and highly skilled individual with previous experience in sales
and administration. Having worked as both a Ward Secretary for St Georges
Hospital and a Sales Administrator for The Grand Hotel, I have learnt to work in
a busy office environment, catering to a diverse spectrum of clients. Positions
such as these and other previous sales consultant jobs required keen marketing
and sales skills, not to mention a knowledge of Microsoft Office. Having been
self-employed, as the co-owner of Shiraz Persian Carpets, I maintained
responsibilities in both the administration and financial aspects of the company.
This involved staff management and payroll, as well as project management among
other things.
I am intuitive and a quick study. My previous employment has enabled me to be
adaptable, working both independently and within a team. I am highly capable of
any task and believe in excellent deliverance thereof. I feel that these skills
and positive attitude has made me and ideal candidate for the position
advertised.
Thank you for your consideration. I await your correspondence.
Kind Regards,
Gabri'èlle Reed
